Here is this week’s video message:
For those of you that celebrate Christmas, Merry Christmas!
Happy holidays to everyone!!!
It’s that most wonderful time of the year! Full of cheer, goodwill and peace on earth … but also some S-T-R-E-S-S.
For some tips on making this holiday season less stressful … whether that’s dealing with Uncle Joe’s insensitive comments at dinner, having unrealistic expectations for the “perfect” holiday (think Clark W. Griswold in National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation), or the child ego states that show up when you get together with family, take a listen to his recent Fire and Earth Podcast episode:
“Making the Holidays Less Stressful” http://www.jasonmefford.com/fireandearthpodcast54/
This will help get you through the holidays feeling better than you have before, breaking old habits that in the past have made your holiday season a little less merry that it should’ve been.
The end of each year also means new beginnings in the new year. I’ve got some very exciting news to let you in on in the new year, so stay tuned.
As I mentioned last week you can now register to access the full archive of CAE Briefings in an easy to use FREE course.
Not only do you get access to all of the weekly videos and links, but you also receive additional resources, videos, and suggested readings.
