It’s actually quite amazing what you can accomplish in just 30 days.
I’m a planner, a list maker, and push myself to excel.
That means I usually have a to-do list that carries over from day-to-day or week-to-week. Sometimes I find myself bemoaning how “little” it seemed I got done in the day, since I think I can accomplish much more than is really practical in any day, but…
I usually surprise myself at the end of each month at how much I really did get done.
Slow and steady wins the race, is a saying I’ve heard my whole life and it’s really true. A little bit each day of consistency action and before you know it, you’ve made a lot of progress.
I started running again this last week, or really walked every day last week, and this week is a combination of walking a running for 1.5 miles. My goal is to be back to running 3 miles a day, but I know I have to start small and BE consistent if I want to reach that goal.
The first week of doing something new is usually pretty simple. The second week is harder, since most people tend to quit before day 14 (it hasn’t become habit yet and we start to experience pain or disintegration anxiety… like sore muscles), but I know that if I’m consistent for at least 30 days I’ve made it past the hardest hurdle.
So I’m focusing on consistency for at least 30 days.
That’s why the Executive Presence for Professionals™ is a 30 day program. When you consistently do the mindset practices and conditioning for 30 days, you may not notice the incremental day-to-day changes, but at the end of 30 days you will feel like a new person.
More confident, more powerful, more at peace.
That’s what I experienced doing the practices and what others who’ve gone through the program experienced… and it’s what you can experience.
And it’s things you can literally do in a couple minutes each day.
So if you are ready to commit to yourself for the next 30 days so you feel more confident, here’s the link to get started: https://bit.ly/3NmewOs
