Rebecca is a health and nutrition coach who specializes in helping women overcome this fixation on weight, and get to the root cause of where these self image issues arise from. When you fix the self image issues, the weight takes care of itself.
So lets cut our attachment to the numbers on a scale and learn how we can live life beyond the scale!
