When things aren’t going as you’d like, it’s easy to think we need a therapist, a coach, or a guru to tell us what we need to fix and make our problems go away, but that’s not how it works.
Often you are left broke and worse off than you started… especially when the therapist, coach or guru is not impeccable and living what they are preaching, or just give you a list of what to do.
At the end of the day, you are the one who has to be responsible and do the simple things each day that make the difference in being and doing things in a higher emotional state, and many of the exercises or practices are free and just require your discipline and commitment.
