Did you know you can’t make time? We say it all the time, but we can’t make time… we can only take time for those things that really matter to us.
And, time is not real and just an illusion anyway but we spend most of our lives being a slave to the clock.

In this video I talk about time, which is not always on our side, and keeps slipping away. If we don’t understand and use time to our benefit you risk having your life pass you by in what seems like a blink of the eye.

Many people on the spiritual path give up attachment to physical and monetary assets. Some sell or give away almost everything and move to a monastery in the mountains, but that isn’t really necessary and isn’t practical for most people.

The Buddha is often quoted as saying “the root of suffering is attachment” and it’s not just attachment to physical or monetary things. We discuss what can happen when you are attached to the identity you’ve been conditioned to believe, and how you can start seeing yourself authentically and give up attachment to your life and your identity.
