Have you ever found yourself thinking “If only I had this” or “Once I make a certain amount of money” or “If I can finally be with …” “Then I would be happy”?
Well in this weeks podcast we’re here to discuss happiness and how it doesn’t come from external things, but that it comes from within.
Do you ever feel like you are walking around a pool, dipping your toes in, but just don’t have the courage to take the full plunge and jump into the whole of what life has to offer you? I have and I’m sure you have too.
In this #jammingwithjason #podcast I talk with my sister from another mister, Padma Ali where we talk about following your intuitive nudges, instant knowings, saying no to what’s not working so you can say yes to the amazing life ahead of you, realizing everything will always work out to your benefit.
I’ve learned so much and really benefit from having Padma as one of my friends, and you will benefit by hearing her story and wisdom when you listen and share this episode with those you love. When you do, you will create and live a vibrant life.

You’ve been taught to be logical, practical, analytical… so is there any place for intuition in your life? Did you realize intuition is actually better than logic?
If you are a professional, you’ve probably been taught to not trust your heart or gut and that all of your decisions should be logical based. Trouble is you are shutting off millions of years of human evolution and shutting off your higher mind and soul when you do.
In this episode we talk about why there is a place for both intuition and logic in your life.

When asked “What is best in life?” Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, in the film “Conan the Barbarian”, “To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women!” How much of a great movie quote that is, sometimes that isn’t the best way to handle our “enemies” in life.
Often times it isn’t great for our own mental health and wellbeing to hold onto grudges, and in today’s episode we are going to discuss examples of how to best handle our life’s nemeses.
Do you want to write a book? Since she was a little girl, Ashley wanted to write a book but kept putting it off as life got in the way. Hear her story and see how when she surrendered and got into the flow, the universe helped the words flow and her new book “The Birth Challenge” will be out soon… and it’s not a maternity book, but a fantasy / science fiction novel.
When you listen to this #jammingwithjason #podcast episode you will learn how easy something even as hard as writing a book can be, and how the synchronicities of life start unfolding when you get into alignment. In fact, there are plenty of synchronicities Ashley and I uncovered in how our own lives of dreaming of being a writer unfolded.

Well, this podcast is for you since Brad Miller and Jason Mefford share their journey, and how your path should be unique to you. Brad was trained as a lawyer and Jason is a recovering CPA.
So in this first episode you get to know your guest better and hear why they started the podcast.

Did your parents make you play an instrument when you were young and you just hated practicing? Maybe you’ve given up on music because it was so much work to practice, it’s competitive, or you just felt like you were not that good.
I know I fit into that category and so did my guest Reshanda Yates. In fact, she is a professionally trained musician that has recently come back home to music and learned how using music and frequency intentionally can literally in a few minutes give her more energy, move her out of unwanted emotions, and help her heal.
And her words “it’s shockingly fast and easy and I don’t have to figure anything out.”
So tune into this #jammingwithjason #podcast on #music to see how you can do the same thing in a few minutes that most people who use other methods like meditation, hypnosis, and cognitive behavioral therapy can take hours, days, or even years to get the same result.
Check out the sound frequency healing course Reshanda referred to at: https://bit.ly/MeffordMusic and learn how you can start using music intentionally.

What would you do when you watch your father die in front of you, realize your childhood is over, and get recruited to a life of gangs and drugs. You turn to music as your sanctuary and escape into writing and listening to music and create an alter ego that helps you create the life you want.
In this #jammingwithjason #podcast I am joined by Detroit-based musician and fabulous human being, Jeffrey L Edwards where we discuss his latest album “JLE World,” listen and discuss a couple of tracks from the album, hear his amazing story, and realize You Will Not Break Me and Trouble Waters don’t last for long, and make you strong.

In today’s episode we discuss the importance of self care. It’s very easy for a lot of us to be living our lives for other people. A common example would be a mother who is constantly doing things to take care of their kids, or the work-a-holic that is constantly working to appease their boss. It’s not a bad thing to be doing things for others, however, there is a certain point where we need to take a step back and just spend some time dedicated to ourselves for the sake of our own happiness and mental health.
This is another tables are turned episode, where you get to hear Jason Mefford interviewed by Jeffrey L. Edwards on the Middle Ground with JLE podcast, so you get to see a different side of Jason and hear more of his path of growth and development over his career and personal life.
